Through the Facebook API services, we access the following:

  • The list of pages you have access to select the Facebook page you want to connect to mixposter.com and confirm that you manage it;
  • The number of followers on the selected Facebook page to display on your mixposter.com profile;
  • The number of likes and comments to calculate the engagement level to display on your mixposter.com profile.

We don't post anything on your Facebook page and we don't store your personal information on Facebook.

When connecting your Instagram feed to the Service, you will be asked to grant us permission before we establish the connection. Once you have given us permission, we will be able to access some of the data listed below.

Through the Facebook API services, we access the following:

  • Statistics about posts and stories, such as likes, comments, impressions and reach, which are displayed on your mixposter.com profile and used to calculate metrics such as engagement rate and average performance;
  • Media such as posts and stories shared by your mixposter.com profile;
  • User statistics such as audience demographics and audience reach per 28 days shared by your mixposter.com profile.

We don't post anything to your Instagram account and we don't store your personal information on Instagram.

You have the right to revoke our access to this data by disconnecting your Instagram account from mixposter.com or by using the Facebook settings page located here

Mixposter.com only stores data received from Instagram for as long as necessary to provide our services. You can request the deletion of this data by contacting us at support@mixposter.com .

Use of Google data

Authorization:

When you sign in to the Service using Google, we identify you by the email address provided by your Google Account, which is provided to us when you accept our request to connect your Google Account. After you accept our request to connect your Google Account, we will store the following list of data:

  • The Google Account ID you are connecting;
  • The email address of the Google account you are connecting;

After the data is provided and saved, you will be registered on our service. When you later sign in to the Service with the same Google Account, we match your Google Account ID with records in our database to identify you as the same user, and we sign in to your existing Service account.

We don't show your Google email address publicly.

YouTube:

When connecting your YouTube channel to the Service, you will be asked to grant us permission before we establish the connection. With your permission, we use the YouTube API Services, guided by Google's Privacy Policy , to collect:

  • Your latest videos;
  • Number of views of your latest videos;
  • The number of subscribers on your YouTube channel
  • Your YouTube channel URL.

We display your YouTube channel URL and the number of views of your most recent videos to other users who visit the Service.

We don't post anything to your YouTube channel and we don't store your personal YouTube information.

TikTok-based data usage

We do not post anything to your TikTok account or store your personal information on TikTok.
